Join us on Friday, June 26, for KU Innovation Park’s next Lunch and Learn featuring Julia Kanter, a product leader working at the forefront of agentic AI and real-world user experience.

In “Product Leadership in the AI Era,” Kanter will explore why the behaviors that have always defined exceptional product leaders are becoming even more critical in an AI-first landscape. The session will also examine what product leaders must rethink as AI capabilities accelerate, including how leadership itself is evolving and what challenges are becoming more difficult, not easier.

At  Zillow, Kanter leads the Agentic AI product organization, developing experiences used by more than 200 million monthly users. Her career has focused on turning complex technical challenges into products people genuinely want to use across industries such as real estate, healthcare, and travel. She specializes in bridging the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real user needs at scale.
