Product Leadership in the AI Era
KU Innovation Park’s next Lunch and Learn on Friday, June 26, will explore what product leaders need to keep, rethink, and relearn in an AI-first era.
Why it matters: AI is changing how products are imagined, built, and scaled. But according to Julia Kanter, the fundamentals of great product leadership matter more than ever.
What to expect: In “Product Leadership in the AI Era,” Kanter will discuss:
- Why small, empowered teams still win
- The growing importance of strong product conviction
- How “building to learn” becomes a competitive advantage in AI
- The parts of leadership getting harder, not easier
RSVP here for free. Networking starts at 11:45 a.m., with the program starting at noon.
